Replaced meter base, installed service disconnect, replaced wire to panel. Updated grounding and bonding, including intersystem bond, ground rod, and surge protection. GFCI Protection in all required areas. Un-bonded grounds and neutrals in panel and bonded them in service disconnect. Verified voltage and functionality.
Minor troubleshoot of panel, outdoor disconnect, and meter base. Multiple circuits I tested voltage on (outside GFCI, formal dining room) had large drops in voltage (120 to 105, 120 to 112 respectively,) when put under load, which led me to want to inspect the panel/service equipment. After testing voltage under load and tightness of all connections inside the panel/service equipment everything was normal and in good condition with the exception of a two-pole 30a Gfci breaker that controls the dryer. It was buzzing from a bad connection to the bus bar while under load. I recommend changing this breaker out so it doesn’t damage the bus bars and end up needing to change the whole panel. Since the panel/service equipment showed no voltage fluctuations while under load the problems are on the circuits themselves. A standard troubleshoot and repair is recommended. I called Oncor out while I was here and they tested and tightened all connections at the meter base, two hand holes, and the
